why my itunes is not updating new version on my laptop?
in my laptop, i have my all data, it is asking about download a 12.10 or later version but it wont downloading how can i get my data to my new iphone

What version of iTunes is installed and what version of Windows do you have? The current version of iTunes for Windows is only supported on Windows 10. Windows 7 & 8 users should install iTunes 12.10.10.2 from one of these links.
