Preview Stops Responding After the Big Sur

Hi, I have a 2019 macbook pro that I have just updated to Big Sur.

Right after the update, preview started not responding on any simple task that it could perform priorly.

For example when I add 50 more pages to an existing pdf document, it can't save the document, the turning wheel turns forever.

When using preview on small documents if freezes very frequently and this did not happen before big sur.

The update made a completely functional program non functional. I am very angry at Apple and this is beyond acceptable.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.1

FWIW Preview is working just as it did before so there is probably something particular to your system that is involved. Hopefully the report will help us help you.
