Saliva on iPhone damage?

Hey, so I kind of got into a dumb situation. I yawned with my face down on my iPhone and saliva got on the notch of my iPhone and on the iPhone screen. I immediately wiped it off with a microfiber cloth. In addition to that some of it got into the notch speaker. I’m wondering if it would do any damage to the screen also damage on the speaker or are they fine? Will my speakers quality worsen?

The speakers have a delicate but water resistant membrane. The phone body is water resistant to quite high standards

You have not damaged your phone at all.

I just tried the speakers out listening to music I don’t hear anything abnormal do you think it’s fine? I’ll keep letting it dry now even though. Is the damage permanent if there is?
