I want to clone all data from my old iphone to my new one? my old iphone's screen was blackout, is there any way to clone in such situation?

Hello, if you backed up your data to iCloud you can follow this guide to transfer you data (Use iCloud to transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support), If not you will have to repair your iPhone first.
