I want to clone all data from my old iphone to my new one? my old iphone's screen was blackout, is there any way to clone in such situation?

If you cannot see the screen of the old device, the only option you have is to restore the new phone from the latest backup you had of the old phone. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
