Hey there sheetal163,
Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. We understand you're experiencing issues with the bottom speaker on your iPhone, and we'd be happy to look into the best options with you.
To get started, by chance do you have a case on your iPhone? If so let's remove the case first and test the issue again. If still unable to hear sound from all apps and when receiving a notification or call, try restarting your iPhone with the steps shown here: Restart your iPhone
After restarting your iPhone, if still unable to hear any sound let's go through the steps in the following resource that can help with troubleshooting the speakers on your iPhone: If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
If the issue persists after going through the steps above, it does sound like the behavior you're seeing may be hardware related. From there, we'd recommend checking out your local options for iPhone service here: Find Locations - Apple
We hope that helps.
Take care.
Hello sheental163,
If you have gone through the troubleshooting and repair attempts in the reply by judysings with no success I would suggest you go to a third party repair company instead of apple as you will be paying A LOT LESS than you would if you went to apple. if you are technically handy I would suggest you to attempt the repair yourself as the iPhones loud speaker is a very simple repair that can be done with ease and about £5-10. You can find many helpful YouTube videos that will give you a step by step guide through the process
