What version of iTunes is installed? You shouldn't need to do anything in particular. Bonjour should be installed as an additional component when iTunes is installed from apple.com. and it shouldn't be necessary when iTunes is installed through the Microsoft Store. Have you followed the steps in the linked article to enable Home Sharing in both your computer and your Apple TV?
