There is an issue regarding to free Apple ID , I have restricted to no more free Apple ID , it’s an request kindly allow me 1 more free Apple ID. Thanks

If you see a Could Not Create Apple ID message, it means that you have exceeded the number of new Apple IDs you can set up with iCloud on a single device in one year. Did you already create 3 new Apple IDs on that iPhone? If you did then you cannot create any more on that device. If you want to create another one then you will need to create that by going to ➔ www.appleid.apple.com from another device like an iPad or a computer. Then use that newly created Apple ID on your iPhone.
