I have a iPad mini model A1454. In “general” the capacity is 12.6 gb but I’m unable to find that capacity upon selling it. It starts at 16gb, 32gb etc. can you help?

The amount posted is the actual, usable amount of internal data storage space AFTER the initial formatting of the internal flash memory drive and full installation of iOS.

That is a 2012, 1st generation iPad Mini.
