Uninstalling
Hello I recently realized on my phone that it doesn’t give me the option of uninstalling but only the option to remove from the Home Screen. how could I be able to uninstall apps again?

You probably have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON.
Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➔ Deleting Apps: Set this to ALLOW.
