Camera Night setting
How can I deactivate the night setting, so it is always deactivated.

How can I deactivate the night setting, so it is always deactivated.
That setting cannot be permanently de-activated. It will need to be turned OFF as needed. In my opinion, it is one of the most significant feature of the iPhone 11/12 camera for low light photography. That feature should not come ON during adequate available ambient light. It turns on during low light conditions to inform the photographer about how long to hold down the shutter trigger button.

Thanks for the answer. I do not disagree that it is a good feature, but I takes the iphone to long to capture the moment.
It would be better if I could chose what should be my default.
If you were able to turn it OFF by default then, during low light situations, you won't get the long exposure opportunity and thus the pictures will turn out dark and underexposed.
