Apple Watch pairing

Hi, I brought my daughter an Apple Watch last Christmas and she doesn’t use it, so I’m trying to move it to my husbands phone but it won’t pair because it’s already paired to an account my daughter can’t remember the the account details she set it up to as she changed it when she had a new phone at Christmas and set a new Apple ID up the phone they were paired to is broken and I have no information on it teenagers!!!
