Saving pictures on new iPad Air ?

Best way is iCloud.

Uploads are automatic.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help you with saving images and photos to your new iPad Air. You can save an image by pressing down on it for a couple seconds, and a menu of options appears. From there select "Save Image". Depending on the source of the image/photo you may be prompted to add to your photo library. If you select "Ok", the image will go to the Photos app on the iPad.
