I can’t send pictures off of my iPhone to anyone and I can’t receive pictures either I’ve restarted it and it started it again and it still not working two days already

Open Settings ➔ Messages ➔ MMS Messaging : Ensure that it is set to ON.

I did that and it's still not working it says message cannot be sent and right now I'm talking on my Samsung phone not my iPhone
