Netflix changed their requirements so you will need to make sure the Apple TV in question is up to date.
My Apple TV is only a few months old and I have no updates. My second Apple TV, which is the same age is working fine
Please verify the exact version tvOS.
The Apple TV has received updates during the past few months so it may not be up to date, I suggest checking. The latest version is TVOS 14.4.
The tvOS is 13.4 (17L256)
Thank you it is working now. I had my auto update on why didn’t it update?
One may have on auto update but it can take time for it to install the next available version so if one is having an issue it is always recommended to check that the device is in fact up to date.
