Keep getting error message when watching on my iPad or cell phone. They are not connected to TV

When watching Netflix on my iPad or cell (not connected to TV) I get error message


(AVF:11800;OS:16041;). It’s sporadic, sometimes worse than others. Is this an Apple problem


or a Netflix problem

iPhone 8, iOS 14
