After upgrading to ios 14.4, SE (2020) I have limited connectivity with wifi or mobile data. I can use certain apps like safari with mobile data but for example whatapp keeps trying to connect, facebook messanger, has no internet. How to fix these issues? anyone else facing the same?

Issue was solved, and it was not related to upgrade of ios, vpn was trying to connect in the background not letting wifi or certain apps to function properly.

Ask those third party app developers. They are not Apple products.
and what about limited no wifi connectivity?

any other suggestions, because that I have tried. Also resetting network services, turning on and off my mobile
also, I notice that although I turn off mobile data, and enable wifi, the providers name is shown as "connected" but ofcourse nothing happens, no connectivity
