cant leave a review

I've been trying to leave a review for "Shadow in the cloud" but can't find where I can leave one on my Apple TV or on my MacBook. I've been trying to leave it a 1 star review and have been searching for a while now and can't seem to figure it out. I'm so upset with how horrible this movie was that I also wanted to submit a support ticket to have it removed from my account because it is utter garbage and as nothing like what was in the trailer or what the review that were initially posted on it said it was. They must have been paid reviews. This movie sucks, I can't review it, I can't return it, and I can't even delete it from my profile. This process is actually making me start to not want to use apple products anymore, I can't even find an email or a support request... Oh and Netflix doesn't even work on my brand new Apple 4k TV and I can't even get support on that either...

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities today. We understand you're wanting to leave a review and remove a movie from your Apple TV, and we'd be happy to provide you with the best information.

To get started, because you don't download media on your Apple TV, you would be unable to delete shows or movies from your Apple TV; however, if you don't want to see a song, movie, or TV show on your Apple TV, you can use your computer to hide it with the steps shown here: Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books

As for leaving a review for the movie, this can be done by using the iTunes Store app on an iOS device, or by using iTunes on a computer. If using an iOS device, open the iTunes Store, locate the movie using the Search option, tap on the movie, tap on the 'Reviews' tab, and then tap 'Write a Review'.

This can be done the exact same way on a computer with iTunes as well; however, when in the iTunes Store tab, be sure to select 'Movies' from the drop down menu before searching for the movie. After locating the movie in iTunes, click on the 'Ratings and Reviews' tab, and then click 'Write a Review'.
