Unable to Write Review
I want to write a review for this app I have (Infinite Flight), but even though I own it, it says I need to own it to write a review. Any solutions?

Since we've isolated the issue to only one Apple ID account, we'd recommend reaching out to an Apple billing and account specialist. We understand that you're experiencing issues when attempting to write a review for a third-party app that you've purchased in the App Store. First, we'd recommend trying to fully close the App Store and then open it again to test the issue. You can follow the steps listed in Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch.
If the issues persists, let's try signing out and then signing back into your Apple ID for the App Store. To do this, head into your Settings App > [your name] > Media & Purchases > Sign Out. Then you'd want to tap on Media & Purchases once more to sign in. Once you're signed in again, see if you're able to write a review for your app now.

Thanks for updating us on your issue! Have you written a review for other apps you've purchased recently? Or to test the issue, could you see if you can begin a review for another app to see if it will allow you to write one. You won't need to write out a review or submit it though. If you find that the issue is only occurring with a specific app, do you happen to have another Apple ID that it could have been purchased on instead?

I am able to write other reviews for other apps. I did purchase this app on another Apple ID, however I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiples times on my current ID. Issues with ID syncing have happened to me with other apps, for example X-Plane 10, but I can write reviews for that.

We appreciate the additional information! Just to make sure we're on the same page, does this mean you also paid for the same app twice on two different Apple ID accounts? Are you able to sign into your other Apple ID to see if it will allow you to start a review for the app you're experiencing issues with? This will allow us to isolate the issue further to see where the issue may be.

Well, it’s complicated.
I used to use this app on one account, then synced the data to another Apple ID. During the time with my new ID I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. And yes, I am able to write a review on my old account.

I tried both your ideas (i.e reloading the app, or signing out and back in) and sadly they didn’t work. Do you think it’s something to do with the app itself?
