I put my correct screen time apple ID but nothing happens. I only go back to the passcode screen with one more failed attempt.
How do I cancel this screen time pass code feature?

You will need to enter the present screen time passcode to reset it or change it or cancel it. If you have forgotten the Screen Time passcode, which is different from your iPhone's unlocking passcode and the password to your Apple ID, then please read below-
If you can't remember a restrictions passcode that you set on a previous version of iOS, or you forgot your Screen Time passcode, then you need to erase your device, then set it up as a new device to ➔ How to remove the passcode. Restoring your device from a backup won't remove your passcode UNLESS your backup was created BEFORE the screen time passcode was created.
