air pod pro not responding to tap controls. have to use iphone or watch to control them
i have a new pair of airpod pros. i have a 4th gen apple watch and 11pro phone. my airpods won’t respond to the tap commands. i have to use siri, my watch, or phone to control the airpod pros. apple store is closed in my state for covid. i have tried to research this from other peoples questions and have not had any luck. i did disconnect the airpods, forget them on my phone , snd then hard reset the airpods. nothing is working. i even exchanged a a pair at the store. i’m wide ring if there is a setting on my phone that is causing the issue. please help i’m so frustrated i’m son seeing trading them back on the 2nd gen airpods.
