Notifications not showing on locked screen. Iphone 10 IOS 14.4

Hello, my phone has suddenly stopped showing notifications on locked screen. Email, Whatsapp, SMS none of the apps are showing notifications or if they do then in one go all at once. There is no tone for notifications either.

I have to open each app every hour to check mails and messages, please help! Thank you!

What I tried already:

switched on/off Bluetooth

switched on/off volume/DND/show all notifications in each app/location services

switched on/off background app refresh

turned apple watch notifications off

soft reset several times

updated all apps on app store

updated to IOS 14.4.

switched off "attention aware" features under Face ID

deleted apps I downloaded in the last month

my show preview is set to Always

Banners are switched on
