Notifications

I am not getting notifications for anything other than messages and phone calls. All apps, snapchat, facebook, instagram all others are not sending me notifications when receiving something. I have an iphone 11 and an apple watch 7. Even my watch doesn't notify me. I have the latest IOS 16 update and still not getting notified. I do not have my do not disturb/focus on. Nothing is silenced. I have restarted my phone twice. All apps are up to date. Went through and turned all notifications for every app off then back on again. Checked to be sure they send me a badge on the lock screen, still nothing. What is it i need to do in order to get notifications back up and running?!!?!?!

Have you enabled Scheduled Summary?

Settings > Notifications > [Select the App that you are having trouble receiving immediate notifications]

See the pic below for a few examples. Please select immediate delivery.

Go to Settings and tap Notifications. Select an app under Notification Style. Under Alerts, choose the alert style that you want. If you turn on Allow Notifications, choose when you want the notifications delivered — immediately or in the scheduled notification summary.

Use notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Change notification settings on iPhone

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications.
  2. To schedule a notifications summary, tap Scheduled Summary, then turn on Scheduled Summary. ...
  3. To choose when you want most notification previews to appear, tap Show Previews, select an option—Always, When Unlocked, or Never—then tap.

Hello, I'm having the same issue, but only with Facebook Messenger. I updated from iOS 15 to iOS 16.1 on my iPhone 12 and shortly after that, I noticed that I don't get any notifications from Messenger. I tried to restart my phone, delete and re-install the app, checked the notifications settings but that seems ok and Focus Mode is not turned on either. In the meantime, Facebook dropped an update for the app, but it did not help to resolve my issue. I get notifications from other apps so far.
