So we were out of town for a few days, once getting back into town a message stating network not available starting coming on the welcome screen for several apps. I have reset my network and Router and also attempted to disconnect from my wifi and reconnect but that does not seem to do the trick. I have noticed switching off the VPN setting will help and allow me to stream. Any advise? Seems like the apps with more streaming will not work.

Do you require that VPN for your work (employment) related tasks? If NOT then get rid of it. It does not really hide anything or provide any security. Looks like it is assigning dynamic IP addresses and that is interfering with your location reporting and therefore your streaming apps are not working with it being ON. Most, if not all, paid streaming apps provide region/location based content to stream. When you location does not match with your subscription then you are going to have issues. If you are paying for that VPN then save some money. Throw it out.

That worked! Att has recently started a mobile security app and the VPN was automatically set up. But that worked, thanks!
