I have an Iphone 12 Pro Max running on latest software update 14.4.
I have a peculiar problem, i like to take calls on my earphone, at time i have to switch from earphone to normal phone speaker. When i remove my earphone while on call to listen the call on phone speaker the phone volume is extremely low. Even if I try to increase the volume its low and if i switch to speaker also its low. How do i fix this problem?

From your post, it's understood your call volume is lower than expected when switching from your earphones. We'd be glad to help out. To confirm, is this only happening with calls? For example, can you play music or any other media type through the speaker? If so, does it sound low?
Does the same thing occur using FaceTime audio calls?
Go to Settings > FaceID & Passcode. Is Attention Aware Features turned on? If so, turn it off then see if the issue happens again.

Did turning off Attention Aware Features help at all?
What type of earphones are you using?
Are you using an adapter?
Do you have another pair of headphones to try? Or another device to connect them to? This could help narrow things down some more.
If you haven't done so recently, restart your iPhone. Sometimes restarts can help resolve issues.

Yes it happens only during calls, like if i am taking calls on facetime or whatsapp through earphones, if i need to switch back to phone speaker while on call( i just unplug my earphone) the volume then on phone speaker is extremely low.
