Recently updated to a 2020 SE Iphone and now the caller gets an echo or feedback of their voice at their end of he call. The previous iphone SE had no issues with the hands free bluetooth in car causing this issue.

Changed the name of the I phone SE to a different name from the prior phone so there is no confusion in the hands free Car set & updated the firmware on the phone. No improvement was experienced, the problem persists.
