I have paid for Apple support and due to Covid haven’t had time to make into office
My phone since this is the third or fourth phone that hasn’t worked right I was trying to get the day off to fix but it is hard and this phone has been very unsatisfactory I paid all this money and the phone and subsequent replacements have been garbage I am very upset with this and believe your obligation is to make sure my phone is working and it silences calls for no reason and doesn’t vibrate and doesn’t receive text messages and the list goes on please fix this I am at my wits end with this phone
