I got this message " the language and region you've chosen for your iphone are not supported by siri on apple watch , you can continue setup but siri will be disabled on apple watch" during setup , My language is English (US) my region is Germany on my phone, so I dont understand why this message came?

that was the setting anyways after I was through with setup, I dont understand why it showed up anyways ?
I also wonder if its the reason that my Apple Watch always plays music on my iPhone though the phones speaker rather than on the watch through the paired earphones, so when I raise the watch to tell Siri to play a band or something, It never just plays it on my watch even though my bluetooth earphones are paired and connected to the watch during that time, I had my earphones on and my phone was on my nightstand and I was sitting at my desk playing with the watch when this happened, I had to get up and grab my phone as my kid was sleeping, when I use the music app manually on the watch then it plays to the paired earphone! I was wondering if its a Siri issue?
