why is my App Store and Safari not working on my IPhone 7 Plus

Try this next:

1. Launch Settings app on your iOS device.
2. Now, tap on Screen Time.
3. Now Content & Privacy Restriction.
4. Next, you have to enter your Restrictions passcode.
5. Now tap on iTunes & App Store Purchases.
6. Click on Installing Apps.
7. Now, make sure the switch next to Installing Apps is ON. If in case, it's Off turn it On.

Since the App Store can't be deleted yet you can't find or use it, you may need to restore your device using a computer.

There was an error in the link (probably a typo) making it useless.

Ask Siri to open the App Store. You should not be able to delete it.
