Refund

my bank recently had x2 payments taken one for £7.99 and another for £28.49, which was taken from my bank, I requested a refund for both items as i did not authorise this and was taken without my consent and left me very short of money. It’s now saying I have been refunded a credit note, can you clear this up please and confirm whether it is going back into my bank or if it’s going onto my actual apple credit? If it doesn’t go into my bank how do I raise a dispute? Credit is useless to me id rather have my cash back since it’s nearly £40

"After you request a refund, you'll receive an update [as to whether you have been granted a refund] within 48 hours." If your request is granted "the time it takes for the money to appear on your account or statement depends on the payment method." As the original response you posted indicates, refunds go back to the method used to make the payment originally.


- Store credit: 48 hours

- Mobile phone billing: Up to 60 days

- Other payment methods: Up to 30 days for it to appear on a statement.


You can sign into https://reportaproblem.apple.com to check the status of your refund request.
