My daughter set up her apple id as an adult. I want to change it to her actual bday as a minor. the setting will not allow me.
I get the error "Could not connect to iCloud - You are not eligible to create/edit an account at this time".
I have powered off/ on the device multiple times.
I have added and removed her from my family account at which point I can't change her dob. I feel like I am stuck in an endless loop.
