Someone is controlling my iPhone without mi authorization

Hi Apple team,

someone is accessing and controlling my iPhone remotely without my authorization. Can you find out who is doing this and how can I stop it?

I don’t have a Mac or an iPad to login into my iTunes to see the devices.

thank you,

iPhone 11, iOS 14

1) This is a user-to-user technical support forum. You're not addressing Apple here.

2) What you're describing is, unless your phone has been jailbroken, for all practical purposes, impossible.

There are two likely reasons that you'd see "ghost touching" or the screen doing things on its own. The first is that your screen is failing. You can contact Apple and have them do a remote diagnostic.

The second possibility is that your charging cable is failing. If you're only seeing this problem when your phone is plugged in, that could be the explanation. Try a different cable.
