Concerned my mac may have been compromised

I have been using Skype for dealing with a student who asked that I use it, and suddenly today it kept asking for permission to export my apple ID authentication. I read about this (apparently agreeing deletes the content of your keychain and possibly compromises your passwords) and did not agree to the request. Then based on a suggestion when reading about this I went looking in my keychain to see if there were odd skype-related things (the person posting had fixed his issue by deleting a lot of extraneous skype stuff from ketchain). There weren't any of those there, but there was this: "[account] Unknown, application password, LaunchServices device identifier base secret [with a date of Jan 3 2020 on it].

This certainly looks suspicious, and googling it I only found one reference, from someone who had malware on his computer from "Clean my Mac." I don't have that, but is this a problem, & if so what should I do about it?

Updating the Software or reinstalling Skype maybe all it takes...
