Your Mac already comes with all the security that it needs.
All iOS devices have every app pre-screened by Apple. If Apple sees anything suspicious, then they kick it back to the developer before allowing it online. That's why you should only download your apps from the App Store.
I would never install anything from Norton, they are probably one of the worst companies when it comes to software.
LifeLock is basically nothing more than a money grabbing scam.
Why anyone would pay for what they can do themselves for free is beyond me.
MacOS already has built-in security and no anti-virus product is needed, or compatible with the operating system. No Windows targeted malware/virus/trojans/etc can run on a Mac.
Thanks! Any thoughts on Life Lock?
I know what it is supposed to do, but unfamiliar with the product. If I could use it on an iPhone, I would not install it on macOS.
Really, don't install Norton's anything on your Mac. You don't need it and they have a long history of borking Mac installations.
Based on the TV ads, I would certainly not ever consider installing anything like that.
