I was hacked on my laptop with a warning from Mac when I tried to enter a web site, I called the number and I was on the phone with numerous people supposedly from Apple they were very convincing until they asked for my banking information they did have access from AnyDesk and I cannot remove the icon

It was a scam. Apple does not make such calls. Uninstall all remote access apps. Chnage all your passwords and financial passwords if you gave them any access/information.
