Claiming free Apple TV+ subscription

Hi there, I have just purchased a new iPhone 11 from 02. It says that this comes with 1 year free subscription of Apple TV+. I have followed the instructions of how to claim but I can’t see anything that it says I should, only an option for a 7 day free trial. Can you help please?
