Why am I receiving Monthly charges?

I’m getting a monthly debit from my checking acct w the supposed Apple help # 866-712-7753. $2.99 deducted. Apple.com/billing cannot find any such charge on my acct using my Apple ID.

If you actually consulted with Apple Support, as specified in Step #5 of "If you see 'apple.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support," you should report the fraudulent charge(s) to your card provider.
