MacBook (early 2015) stuck on Mac utilities page

Alright so back when MacOS Big Sur was in its beta days I went ahead and joined the public beta but I was having some issues with my Mac so I factory reset my MacBook and after I factory reset it the Mac brings me to the utilities page and saying I can only reinstall MacOS X and it won’t even let me do that, every time I reinstall the software it just brings me back to the utilities page every single time. Any info would be great thank you.

since you did Big Sur the drive must be AFPS and if you are trying to install prior to Catalina & Big Sur then use Disk Utility to erase drive to HFS+. hopefully you saved all your data.
