iPhone 12 Pro Max call failed/bad signal Verizon SOLVED
I wanted to post this in hopes that others with terrible problems with their new iPhone 12 Pro Max can resolve this issue. I switched over to Verizon it and immediately my service was worse. Not only was the phone dropping calls but I was getting chronic call failure. Also my phone was dropping Bluetooth calls in my car. I had my phone less then a month. Even though I had insurance I didn’t want to pay the co-pay. I called apple and they sent me a new one. This fixed all my problems. All I had to pay for was shipping and they put a temporary “hold” on the credit card until I returned the faulty phone. Now I am so happy! People, you have a limited warranty through apple, if you are suffering with a lemon out of the box...use it!
