I do not know if my iMac is too old to use TurboTax 2020. I have high sierra and also have mac OS10.13.6. Can you help me please?

The CPU speed, number of cores, and L3 cache size identify it as a mid-2010 model. These can't be upgraded past High Sierra; except for the online version of TurboTax, it's too old.

Unfortunately, you need macOS Mojave 10.14 to use it.

You can see if you can update by going to the Apple Menu (in the top left) > About This Mac. If it says Late 2012 or newer, you can upgrade to Catalina (better than Mojave).

To update, go to the Mac App Store > Updates tab.
