How to make a complaint to Apple about online purchases
Hi
I wonder if anyone can help me identify how to make a formal complaint. I have made a number of calls today and keep getting told that the issue is passed to a supervisor but they won’t be available until tomorrow. First call was at about 0600 Perth time this morning.
I have been refused to be given any form of contact to start a complaint and even phoning the Sydney number all you get is ‘ no one is available we will get someone to contact you in the next 24 -48 hrs’.
which is weird because if I have an order to place there are significant numbers of staff all currently available.
any help/ advice will be appreciated.
