First of all, make sure you have enough storage space on your iCloud account to accommodate the One Drive files. One Drive has 1TB of storage while the free iCloud account starts with only 5GB and can be upgraded to 200GB or 2TB for a monthly fee.

Second, you will move your One Drive files to iCloud Drive. So open your One Drive folder and your iCloud Drive folder, then drag and drop the files you wish to move.

Open your iCloud Drive folder from Finder... Finder->Go->iCloud Drive
