How can I use the new 'unlock with iPhone' feature? It is grayed out. This is not a corporate watch or phone. It is AT&T but unlocked. I just updated the phone to 14.4 and the watch is 7.3

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. From our understanding, the options to "Unlock with iPhone" when you go to Settings > Passcode on your Apple Watch is greyed out, do we have that right? Is the Wrist Detection option turned on? Also, are you able to turn on the "Unlock with iPhone" options using the Watch app > Passcode on your iPhone?

Exactly what I am experiencing. Unlock with iPhone is grayed out on both my watch and my iPhone.
Interestingly, I've also noticed my iMac no longer is unlocked by my watch even though my Security & Privacy setting is appropriately set.
Probably related. Maybe not.
