i am not able to connect apple watch series 6 with my iphone 6. Also wanted to know if iphone 7 is compatible for my new series 6 apple watch and what is the IOS running in india.

An apple watch 6 requires a phone with ios14 or higher,your iphone 6 will only update to ios12.
Iphone 7 is compatible with watch 6.
