How do I remove apps from my watch only

In order to delete an app on Apple Watch you will need to either head to your Apple Watch app on your iPhone and scroll down to the bottom of the list and unselect such app, other wise you could rest your finger on an app on Apple Watch (While viewing all apps in either mode of viewing) to make all of the apps go into 'Jiggle Mode', from here a small x will appear on the top left of the icons that are available to delete.

On your phone, tap the apps on the watch app and there should be a toggle to show on Apple Watch. Hit that. You can also edit them from the app screen on your watch by long-pressing and deleting them.
