My app store icon was missing and when I looked up how to restore, one was to shut down and turn back on. Did that, didn't work. Another was to reset home page. Did that, now everything is gone! Including App store! What can I do!?

Turn off Screen Time and look again. Use the App Store and then turn Screen Time back on.
