Compromised password?

Hello all,

Since about a week ago, Safari started showing the message "compromised password" on the start page. Is this message legitimate from apple?

The quoted red rectangle shows the public ip address of a computer that I used about 10 years ago and the passwords are no longer in use. The link "rescue your account" points to "ip_address"/.well-known/change-password.

I searched the web for this message and can't find any reference. What is this?

I'm using MacOS BigSur 11.2 and Safari 14.0.3 on an intel macbook pro.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.2
