Can't add Easyjet Plus card to Wallet

Whenever I click on the link provided by Easyjet to add my membership card to Wallet, I get this error message:-


wallet.pct.tech 's server cant be reached


I have followed advice to switch to Safari as default, to clear history, but whatever I do I get the same result.

Hi there bootsja,


Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you are not able to add a credit card to your Wallet app using a link from your email. Are you able to add your card manually in the Wallet app? Learn how here: Set up Apple Pay.


If you still can’t set up Apple Pay, try the steps in this article: If you can't add cards to Wallet to use with Apple Pay.

Just a short recap:

If you have

  1. deleted your browser cache - settings>safari>advanced>website data>delete
  2. reset your network settings - settings>general>reset>reset network settings
  3. turned any restrictions off including private browsing - settings>Screen Time>content & privacy restrictions - off
  4. tried it through their app
  5. tried it through their website
  6. force rebooted your device - Force reboot device - Apple Support
  7. tried through the email link


When you click on the URL does it look funny or have strange characters? can you post the URL?

Thanks for clarifying. Usually you should be able to add passes and rewards cards to the Wallet app without an issue. Are you able to try any of the other methods to add your rewards card shown here: Add and manage passes in Wallet on iPhone.


This may also be an issue with the link or website to add your rewards card. These steps would help if that is the case: If Safari doesn't open a webpage or isn’t working as expected.
