So recently I got a new sim card for my phone. Apparently my phone is blocked and the sim card cannot work because someone reported it missing and stolen. I have had this phone for about 2 or 3 hears and I bought it off the Apple store. I have no idea how my phone was reported because I always had it and it didn’t belong to anybody else.
Okay so my aunt gave me a sim card for my birthday a year ago or two. Recently she removed me from her t-mobile account and cancelled my service, is it possible she reported it as missing or stolen in order to get it removed?

Yes. That's possible. It's also possible that she simply failed to pay any required termination fee to T-Mobile for that line, which also would have resulted in them blacklisting the device.
Did you recently switch carriers? If so, did you fail to pay whatever termination fee you may have owed to your old carrier?
Anyone who knows your IMEI can report your phone as stolen. Normally the IMEI is private, unless you posted it somewhere.

Apple has nothing to do with stolen or lost devices. You should call your carrier and ask how the phone got blacklisted.
If there was money owing to the provider on that service, they may have done it because of that.
Yes, she may have cancelled you SIM and blacklisted you.
