Blood Oxygen App

I am unable to locate the blood oxygen app on my I watch ( and all updates are current) and it is an Iwatch 6. do I need to download this from app store or is it pre-loaded on my watc. Either way I cannot find it

Are you in a region that supports it?;

And you have to set it up in the health app;

I am in the US-New Hampshire so YES. and blood oxygen does not show as an option in my health app ( if I am using the correct health app)
