Apple TV

Is there anyway to stream content from my iPhone XR to my Roku TV without using up my WiFi data? I am on a very restricted (60 GB) monthly data plan and am hoping that I can use my Apple TV (3rd generation) to watch videos that are not on YouTube, without eating up my WiFi data. I am able to watch them on my iPhone using cellular data, but it is a very small picture. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Connect your Roku TV to the iPhone's personal hotspot. That way Roku will use your iPhones cellular datas instead of Wi-Fi.
